Tessa & Alex embraced every part of their day, I didn't ever see them stop smiling or laughing and it was such a pleasure to be part of! This gorgeous couple booked us for our day-before and day-of coordination service on recommendation from a previous Bride and we are so glad they did! The wedding reception was held in the family garden with the church a few minutes walk away. Guests arrived back at the marquee to canapes, drinks and music followed by a two course dinner and then ended up partying the night away to a fantastic band. Tessa & Alex worked so hard to plan every part of the day from the colour scheme to the little fun touches so their guests enjoyed it as much as they did, and they could ensure their friends and family could relax.

June 2024, Jess & Rob, The Elvetham
Jess & Rob booked us around two months before their wedding to provide some extra support on their big day and we provided our all day management service. The day started off with a stunning ceremony in a disused church on the hotel grounds surrounded by beautiful floral arrangements. Guests moved over to the main hotel for drinks and canapes in the sunshine followed by a three course meal in the Old Library. The evening celebrations were kicked off with after dinner cocktails and then everyone partied the night away to a very talented band who kept the dance floor packed!
We are wishing we could do it all over again ! Thank you again for all your hard work and support on the day. We had the best day and really appreciate all that you did for us ! Love Jess and Rob x
June 2024, Mollie & Chris, Wickham Estate
This wedding saw our first return to Wckham Estate in far too many years to count!!! The lovely Mollie and Chris had booked our all day package to provide that extra level of support on their big day and I'm so glad they did! Sadly the weather didn't hold off, with a torrential shower just as guests left the ceremony but that didn't stop them enjoying drinks and ice cream in the courtyard before heading inside for the wedding breakfast. After the cutting of the cake guests partied the night away to and I don't think the photo booth was ever empty! What a stunning day and one I was incredibly glad to be part of!
Just wanted to send you a message to say thank you so much for being there on the wedding day! It went so smoothly because of you and I will be forever grateful for you!! I hope you enjoyed the day, as much as you can when it is work!, but again thank you so much. You were amazing!!

This lovely couple met me through my capacity as Front of House Manager at Chilli Pepper Event Catering and, a few months before their wedding, decided they needed a little help with the last few months admin and a bit of problem solving so we provided our 'As You Like It' service to support them in the lead up while still serving as Catering Manager on the day.
Thank goodness the weather held off and we managed to have an outdoor ceremony accompanied by a harpist which was just beautiful. Canapes and drinks reception followed and then guests were treated to a three course meal. A sax player accompanied the first dance which really got the party started!! Luke & Jade, what a pleasure to be part of such a special day!

Jo & Graeme, what can I say!?! This wedding was just beautiful in every way. From the stunning ceremony in Jo's parents garden (I had a few tears!) to the heartfelt speeches, to sparklers on the lawn and the Groom accompanying the band on the drums, this day will officially live rent free in my heart!
Jo, Graeme and their friends and family poured every effort into preparing for the big day. We assisted with the lead up planning as well as the Friday set up day which was equally as wonderful with everyone chipping in to get the garden and marquee wedding ready. What a day!!! What a couple!

Kelly & Andy got married!!! Such a pleasure to be part of this special day providing our set up service. Kelly came to us 2 years ahead of her wedding as she wanted support setting up the decor for her wedding, especially as there was a room turnaround involved. Kelly put together such a classic look for her day and hand made all the decorations. We loved the blush pink tones and all the florals!

Dorothy & Dan came to us a few month before their wedding as they recognised they needed support on their day. They wanted help with the set up, management of suppliers, someone to run the day....and pack away at the end of the night!
The venue was a new one to us, a newly built hall literally adjoined to the church. Dorothy & Dan wanted to combine elements of their cultures and upbringing so mixed Filipino and British traditions which was beautiful to see. They worked hard at transforming the space, making all the decor, including individual table centres all with a specific meaning. Every guest was thought of and the guest experience was truly special. Such a beautiful occasion to be part of and such a joy to meet a wonderful congregation of people!

Can we have some love for this incredible wedding!!! Sean & Hannah "finally" tied the knot! After 20 years together they finally had the day they dreamed of! Every wedding is special to me but when you are asked to coordinate a wedding of a couple in the business it's an added level of special, add in that they have chosen the best if the best suppliers, and a large proportion of the guests are the other best of the best suppliers!! No pressure!
Hannah won't mind me saying that Sean took the reigns and planned most of the day so it was glorious to see the look on Hannah's face at every surprise moment and detail! These two literally never stopped smiling! They booked my enhanced package so I took over the admin a few weeks before the big day, supported with the set up the day before and then provided our start until finish service on the day itself. What a day, full of laughs, memories and amazing moments! Can we do it all again please!??
Wow! Nicola is an absolute diamond! From offering advice at the initial meeting on how to enhance our day, calming me down when I had a wobble and questioned all my choices, through to the final meeting where she took charge of all the little details that we hadn't even considered, she was so very helpful. On the day itself, she made sure that all our suppliers knew the timings, ensured that our tables were dressed to perfection, was on hand when we needed something, and even packed down and loaded our van at the end of the night, presenting me with the key as we were on our way out. Honestly, taking on BTSE was easily the best decision that we could have made. Thank you, Nicola, for everything that you did.

When an interior designer marries a graphic designer! Lucinda & Will, what a stunning day to be part of! So many personal touches, unique ideas and so much style!!!! It was a pleasure to provide our on the morning set up service for such a wonderful day!
Lucinda & Will designed many elements of their day from the amazing stationery (I have never been so obsessed with paper before! You need to feel it to believe it!! Lol!) to the stunning table plan with individual notes for each guest. We loved the pink tones against the rich greens and gold, the textures and the contrasts.

This couple were recommended to me via a fellow supplier and I am so pleased they were! I'm sure that Mel won't mind me saying (in fact I know she won't as we had a conversation about it!) that Steve was the lead planner in their relationship and what an amazing job he did (helped by Mel of course!)!!! Steve put his heart and soul into arranging a day that his bride and guests would remember forever and his effort was heart warming.
This gorgeous couple put their DIY skills to good use and made so many of the decorative items for the day, helped by family and friends (special mention goes to the amazing sweet treats for pudding!!!) and it looked stunning. The colour palette of dark green and ivory worked perfectly with the setting.

This beautiful couple were recommended by Mikes brother who's wedding we coordinated 6 years ago! We supported in the lead up and provided our al day management service. What a day it was! Clare & Mike wanted a Mediterranean vibe for their day and used lots of foliage and lemons to channel the sunshine! We loved that the theme was continued with the meal - pitta and dips, moussaka and pancakes topped off with limoncello!

10 years together, 4 years after first enquiring with me, 3 years (to the day) since Covid meant they had to cancel their original plans and have a small legal ceremony and Phil & Sarah finally had the wedding they wished for! It was a journey with a total replan of the day but I think they would agree it was worth the wait! What a beautiful day for the loveliest of people! Tabassum & Michael, how can I sum up your day, it was just magical. A day filled with so so much love for each other, for your families and for the friends around you. Tabs & Michael had a small legal ceremony last year with Saturday their chance to celebrate their marriage surrounded by 200 of their loved ones in their own special way. Trinity Buoy Wharf was the background to a beautiful celebrant-led ceremony, drinks and canapes, a three course feast, open air speeches, evening food, music and dancing.
We met this amazing couple at one of our April weddings and they asked us to come on board to support in the final weeks and to manage the day. How could we say no!!! What a wonderful day to be part of, especially as our first London wedding.

Amy & Ed got married!!! This was a day full of love, laughter and lots of sunshine for this gorgeous couple. We provided our set up service at one of of favourite venues, Sopley Mill. Amy planned every detail of her day to perfection....along with Ed of course!!! Her dream day featured beautiful blush pink tones with touches of gold.....how stunning! Amy used her creative crafting skills to create some of the key details and we think it looked amazing! So nice to see some old supplier friends and meet some new ones.

Tom & Neetha tied the knot surrounded by the most wonderful congregation of friends and family. Tom and Neetha wanted a chilled out day with and elegant look with bursts of colour. With the venue being at a distance from their home, we provided one of our higher level support packages to help pick suppliers and plan the day, as well as providing our on the day coordination service.

Post-poned from 2021 due to Covid, this couple patiently waited for the day of their 10th anniversary to finally tie the knot.....and it was well and truly worth the wait!!! It was wonderful getting to know these two gorgeous people during their journey and finally getting to manage their day for them!
Judy and Louis picked a beautiful colour palette with a subtle nod to Disney throughout the day. Check out those centrepieces! There were lots of surprises for their guests throughout the day, including an owl ring bearer and singing waiters!! It really was magical! We provided our all day management service.

Denise (with some help from Mark of course!) put her heart and soul into planning this glitz and glam wedding and we think it was beautiful! We were booked to undertake the set up and break down with a little added admin support. Denise's vision of a wedding with wow factor came to life with a colour palette of white, ivory, silver and black with added greens from the foliage to tie it all together.
We were treated to a stay at the hotel and dinner which was amazing!

This gorgeous couple came to us a few months ahead of their wedding as they were recommended our on the day package by Becky's Brother who had been a Groom of ours 6 years ago! We provided that extra level of support to help the day run as planned so Becky & Jack could enjoy the festivities! We loved the navy, pink and rose gold colour scheme and all the little details like the personalized cookies, crisp wall, love buzz game, memory area and hand made bouquet! Being part of this day was a privilege and I am eternally grateful that Gift of A Wedding asked me to help coordinate the wedding of this very special couple. The theme was Greatest Showman and what an incredible group of suppliers it was that made this happen!!!
