This wonderful couple had put their heart and soul into planning a wedding that was true to them and a day their guests would love. We loved the subtle nods to the season with the gorgeous green and gold theme (we've said it before....linen can transform a room!).

We provided advice to this gorgeous couple throughout their planning stages and then supported them the day before and the day of their wedding. It was such a pleasure to see all their ideas come together! We loved the classic colour scheme and elegant decor. Guests were treated to a canapé reception after the church ceremony, followed by paella and delicious wedding cake before they danced the night away! We loved that Sophie & Jamie picked some of our most favourite suppliers and it was lovely to meet some new faces

Tillie & Mark, what can I say!!! What a beaut of a day!!! All the hard work paid off and it was an absolute pleasure to manage their wedding! Tillie had been recommended us by a previous Bride and one of her Bridesmaids had been Bridesmaid at 2 of our other weddings! We adored every part of the day, from the visit from Rolo the dog to the stunning look and feel of the barn! A wedding day is always made better by a seamless team and I cannot tell you what an epic group of suppliers this couple picked!

This lovely couple contacted us at the start of the year after being recommended by another supplier as they required help with their wedding celebration. They got married in an intimate ceremony on the beach with their children and then had a party at home a few days later!!! Bridget & Iain booked a bespoke package where we undertook day before prep, sourced and arranged the flowers, did some shopping for them in the lead up and then managed the day!
September 2022, Laura & Graham, New Place
Finally it was Laura & Grahams turn! After waiting patiently for 2 years, this beautiful couple finally tied the knot and covid did not beat them! Laura's vision for the day was classically elegant and she certainly achieved that! We provided our set up service. It was lovely to meet new suppliers and work with some that it's been a while since we saw!
Thanks again for all your help in setting the room up on Saturday. You did such a brilliant job, it looked better than I thought it would! We had such a great day! It was really helpful having you there so I didn’t have to rely on friends and family to help xx
August 2022, Aimee & Phil, Netley Marsh Village Hall
I was asked by one of our team to help run a bar on the August bank holiday weekend to which I said yes. Skip forward a few weeks and I get a call from a Groom asking if I could help set up his village hall wedding. Long story short, by pure chance, they were the same wedding!
Aimee & Phil's brief was a relaxed, fun filled day and they nailed it!! A church wedding was followed by canapes and hog roast with outside dining, a beautiful singer and a ton of inflatables for kids (and adults!!!) to enjoy! Such a pleasure to be part of!

We were brought on board to manage this couples big day after a recommendation from the lovely parents of a previous Bride from years prior! We provided our set up and management package. The day was filled with games, music and tons of food.....cream tea, canapés, ice cream, cheese, curry and hog roast and a million cupcakes all from local suppliers! It was amazing to see such a chilled out couple enjoying time with friends and family!
July 2022, Sarah & Kai, Tournebury Woods
After a small legal ceremony a week before, this gorgeous couple were joined by around 200 of their friends and family for a full on celebration!!! We loved the fact they wanted a chilled out, laid back day with just a touch of the formal stuff! We provided our on the day management service from set up in the morning to the pack away.
We can't thank you enough for your help at the weekend! You made our day run so smoothly and I don't think it would have been anywhere near as good as it was without your support!

Isabel & Dan booked us a few months before their big day to provide one of our enhanced packages. We helped with admin support, the set up on the day and delivered our on the day management service. A church wedding was followed by a reception at the family home where guests tucked into a 3-course meal and partied the night away to a live band.
We had the best day, thanks so much for all your help - We loved it.
June 2022, Charlotte & Ben, Rivervale Barn
Charlotte & Ben got hitched!!!! Due to Covid and distance we'd never met Charlotte & Ben so it was crazy that our first real life meeting was on their big day!! We provided a bespoke package to help set up and manage part of their day. We loved pulling their vision together, a vision that was full of personal touches, a stunning colour scheme, individual table centres and a whole lot of love.

Anna and Gareth contacted us 2 years before their big day to help coordinate their wedding. We supported in the lead up with logistical and creative advice. We love the fact they embraced the rustic barn look with hints of peach and a ton of DIY touches. It looked stunning! Our favourite moments were the Bride and Grooms speeches and their incredible first dance!!! What a beautiful day!

This gorgeous couple contacted us a few months before their wedding to help with final preparations, the management of their day and to provide a team of 6 food and drinks service staff and we felt honoured to be part of such an occasion! We were immersed in their culture and traditions and learnt so much along the way! Sarvin & Ali worked hard to bring their guests an amazing experience and successfully combined elements of tradition with modern touches. What an amazing day!

June 2022, Kim & Tom, Damerham Village Hall
Kim & Tom got married!!!! After Covid meant they had to delay this wonderful couple finally got hitched on Saturday and it was well worth the wait!!! The sun shone for the outside ceremony conducted by Kims cousin and then guests enjoyed drinks, canapes and ice cream in the sun while having their photos taken before they headed inside to the stunningly beautiful wedding breakfast room. Thier incredible 4 tier wedding cake was dessert before they partied the night away to a live band! It was totally magical and I will never forget Kim's reaction when she saw the flowers, cake and dining room set up .... definitely a goosebumps moment! Tears all round!!

Katy and Bertie got hitched!!!!!! It was such an epic day and we loved every minute!!! We loved the colour scheme and all the personal touches. Katy and her Mum made all the beautiful decorations which we think looked stunning. Everyone enjoyed a hog roast followed by cheese and ice cream then danced the night away to The Selection band. We provided a bespoke package that included admin support, day before set up and on the day management.

Zara & Tom did it!!! After a small legal ceremony in the midst of lockdown, this gorgeous couple finally got to celebrate their day with their friends and family. The day was a beautiful blend of cultures and traditions with the historic backdrop of Basing House. The ceremony was truly personalised and many a tear was spotted! Elegant table centres and candles complimented the barn perfectly. Guests feasted on Indian delights all day and tucked into cake made by the groom! We provided our all day management service with an additional set up day.

What a stunner! Covid may have got in the way of Sarah & Al's first date but it was definitely worth the wait. We love the classic colour palette with hints of copper. Those floral displays....and the cake!!! Guests enjoyed a delicious meal followed by ice cream while being entertained by singing waiters! We provided our all day management and pack away service.

October 2021, Davids 80th, Beaulieu Motor Museum
David's daughter came to us 5 weeks before this event asking if we could help her with planning a party for her fathers 80th birthday. Tentative plans were in place with a few supplier ideas so we helped with cementing the ideas, booking additional suppliers, finalising menus, planning the creative vision, making up the floral arrangements and executing the event on the day! It was such a delight to be part of a wonderful celebration!

Maxine and Andrew got married!! Well, technically after Covid delayed their first wedding this wonderful couple had a small intimate wedding last year, and then had the bigger celebration this year! Maxine and Andrew had an amazing hand fasting ceremony which was a joy to watch, followed but lots of catching up with friends and family from far and wide while eating delicious food and dancing well into the evening!

Emily and Mat were another of our Covid couples and patiently waited until restrictions were lifted to finally have their moment! It was such a pleasure to be trusted with the set up of all their beautiful hand made decor and such a delight to see them finally get married!!!! This gorgeous couple and their family put so much work into the look of the big day and it looked amazing!

Natalie and Jamilles wedding....part 2!! We were lucky enough to attend this couples actual ceremony last year when covid forced it to be rearranged with limited numbers. Another couple of rearrangements later, fate intervened and I got to manage their second wedding! I am so grateful to have been part of their journey.

Second date lucky for this gorgeous couple after Covid delayed their original plans. We provided our all day management service for this country house meets marquee wedding! Flowers, foliage and lighting was the order of the day and the marquee looked stunning! Guests were treated to oysters and canapes, a three course meal and fish and chips for later and entertainment throughout.

We provided our set up service for Sarah-Louise and Katie's wedding a number of years ago and they asked us to set up their daughters Christening party. We were there to set up the room and support suppliers before guests arrived back for the celebrations. We loved the ducks theme!!!

Fire Hospitality provided food and drink for 500 guests at the Burridge Cricket Club vs Lashings World XI event and we were contracted in to provide the operational management for the day with a team of 15 waiters, 4 bar staff and 5 chefs. We oversaw the delivery of a 4 course meal for club supporters and the local and international cricket teams and the provision of 2 bars and fast food in the evening.
I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you for your support and hard work over the past two days. We couldn't have pulled this off without you. Thank you so much.

Jess and Adam got married!!! We were back to one of our regular venues, The Great Barn, to manage this gorgeous wedding! Jess and Adam had a fun and food filled day with an incredible 5 course Indian feast, ice cream and an evening hog roast with three epic cakes! What an amazing day!!

Patience paid off, COVID didn't beat this couple and they did it (with one rearrangement along the way)!!! What a stunning day for a wonderful couple! The weather held off and Laura and Matt had a beautiful personalised ceremony held on the waterfront, followed drinks and delicious canapes, a BBQ and amazing DIY dessert table then pizza in the evening! Laura and Matt put together a boho vision of beautiful flowers and DIY touches and it looked gorgeous!

Bex and Katie got hitched!!!! The day saw a second by second analysis of the weather by venue team and it paid off!! A stunning outside ceremony was followed by a day of entertainment and fun! Bex and Katie picked a rustic theme to go with their barn setting and treated guests to a BBQ followed by pizza combined with singing waiters and a flash mob! What a gorgeous pair!!

Alice & James had the most beautiful day at the most beautiful venue! We were on constant weather watch and the pindemic threw a few spanners in the works but your grins didn't falter and the day was magical. All their hard work paid off and they enjoyed a drinks reception in the glorious grounds followed by a wonderful meal in the marquee before guests let their hair down and danced the night away to a ceilidh band!

Zara & Chris!!! What a scorcher!!! This gorgeous couple booked one of our enhanced planning packages with 8 weeks to go and a need to change venue and some key suppliers!!! In the middle of a pandemic! But it happened!!! Luckily with a bit of team work we found an amazing venue and perfect caterers to fit the new plans along with the existing florist working some magic! What a team! Zara & Chris ended up having the day they wanted and we heard all we needed to hear at the end of the night...."it was perfect"

Mel & Vern did it!! 10 years together and too many iterations of your wedding to count...you did it!!! There absolutely wasn't a dry eye in the house. COVID wasn't going to stop them this time! And what a day it was! They picked an amazing team of suppliers and three (yes three!!) epic locations! It was incredible to be part of.

We had the most amazing day and we feel so incredibly lucky that we had so many amazing people that helped us create the day it was. We can't even put into words how grateful we are to you and your Mum. Our room looked beautiful, our day felt busy but the time never completely ran away with us. We had all of the incredible key moments that we always wanted from a wedding day but so many little moments too which made the day.

These two beauts actually got married!!! Jess and James had three weddings....the legal ceremony, a gorgeous ceremony conducted in front of their house followed by the wedding breakfast on the last Saturday of reduced numbers and the after-party the following Saturday once restrictions had lifted!! Having rearranged their big day entirely from last year they absolutely smashed it! We were so grateful to be part of managing both Saturdays and loved every minute!!

Our second post-COVID wedding and another absolute stunner! This time we provided our morning set up service. In the face of the pandemic, Sophie and Richard decided to reduce their numbers and carry on with their day and it worked out beautifully. One of our favourite parts was the banquet style table set up which looked very grand in the setting of the barn. Lots of DIY touches added personality to the day. Perfection!

May 2021 Katherine & Chevy, Tithe Barn, Petersfield
Katherine and Chevy rearranged 3 times to get to their big day, reducing their numbers and replanning to fit COVID restrictions but we are so glad they still went ahead. It was an absolutely beautiful day with the sun shining throughout and the best team of suppliers. The colour theme was light blue with hints of gold and lots of lighting, giving the setting an intimate feel.
We received a collection of goodies as a thank you including a gin glass and personalised biscuits!
